Good Morning y'all!! My dear Sis Anita Luthra Suri had told me about 100 Happy Days challenge and I figured March 1st is the perfect day to start. Basically you challenge yourself to be happy for 100 days straight by focusing on something that made you happy that day! At the end you can even get a book of your #100happydays pictures! I'm going to post mine on Facebook and this blog to keep a chart of my fun journey.
This blog is my effort to keep a real time track of the steps that unfold before me on this journey and share my experiences, lessons and learnings. I also want to use this blog to make it an involving experience for my dear ones to join me and guide me along each step of the way.
The mind is a unique object... Left by itself, it just wants to enjoy life and have fun each moment. Entertainment is the name of the game. However, reign it in, focus, concentrate it's attention and that is when things start happening.
I don't know what shape or form this journey will take me on... Not sure that happiness is supposed to be a destination or the experience of the journey itself. I consider myself a happy-go-lucky sort of a person anyways and don't normally have any problems in finding positivity in my own life. What normally can pull me down though is pain and troubles of dear ones. Also when I see injustice happening around our society, it pains.
So maybe there are other challenges that I need to define along the next 98 days which will make a bigger impact or difference.
I am also a dreamer... I believe in a bigger purpose... A bigger potential which lies buried within each one of us until we go searching after it. We normally live our life distracted by the external world... The real journey of our life is the inner discovery of our real self.
